NASA reports that the rings of Saturn will disappear from our field of vision. And it will happen within 18 months. Earth.com writes about it.

Saturn is known to have 7 distinct rings that are composed of rocky debris, ice, and dust. Such rings are the remnants of asteroids, comets, and moons. But in March 2025, the rings, whose area is equal to 30 Earths, will be invisible due to the inclination of the planet in its orbit.

Every 13.5-15.7 years, the Earth sees Saturn on a horizontal plane. This causes streaks of cosmic dust to disappear from view. This is due to the fact that despite the spacious rings, their thickness is only 91 m.

Saturn is currently tilted at 9 degrees, and will decrease to an almost noticeable 3.7 degrees in 2024. And in 2025, this angle will reach zero. In 2032, the planet will be tilted at an angle of 27 degrees, so the rings will be visible again.

But the rings will disappear completely, most likely, after 300 million years.
