Caramelized apples are a great treat that can replace candy or cookies. Such delicacies can be eaten on their own, or added to pancakes or strudel. We at inforoom offer a simple recipe for caramelized apples.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg of apples
  • 100 g of butter
  • 200 g of sugar

Step-by-step preparation:

  • Prepare the apples, for which wash them, cut them into parts, remove the core and stones. You can not remove the skin, because it contains a lot of useful substances.
  • Cut the apples into cubes.
  • Heat the pan and put the butter in it. When it melts, add sugar. It should turn yellow.
  • After that, add the apples and stir-fry them. Apple juice should evaporate.
  • If desired, you can complement the taste of the dish by adding a little vanilla or cinnamon.
  • You need to fry the apples for about 8-10 minutes, they will thicken and get a brown crust.
