Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg of apples
- 100 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
Step-by-step preparation:
- Prepare the apples, for which wash them, cut them into parts, remove the core and stones. You can not remove the skin, because it contains a lot of useful substances.
- Cut the apples into cubes.
- Heat the pan and put the butter in it. When it melts, add sugar. It should turn yellow.
- After that, add the apples and stir-fry them. Apple juice should evaporate.
- If desired, you can complement the taste of the dish by adding a little vanilla or cinnamon.
- You need to fry the apples for about 8-10 minutes, they will thicken and get a brown crust.
