- In a large bowl, combine grated cheese (whatever you prefer) with flour. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix thoroughly until you have a smooth dough.
- Pour the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into long, narrow sticks.
- Place the formed cheese sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them in the oven until golden brown. Cooking time may vary depending on your oven, but usually takes about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- When the cheese sticks are ready and have cooled down a little, let’s move on to the next step. Place each raw cheese stick on a slice of bacon. Wrap the bacon around each stick until it wraps tightly around it.
- Heat the frying pan. Carefully place the bacon-wrapped cheese sticks into the pan.
- Fry them, turning them over from time to time. The sticks should have a golden color.
